Ryan Project Funding, LLC (RPF) is a Washington. DC based company. We offer Non-Repayable Funding for projects on an international basis. We are focused on funding infrastructure and humanitarian projects.

 

Traditional financing programs leave current and future generations encumbered by debt. Ryan Project Funding offers non-repayable programs for qualified projects that relieve that situation.

 

The overriding qualification to enter the Ryan Project Funding program is that the applicant project must improve the quality of life for the citizens of the project country and improve the financial sustainability of the country while not being in conflict with any of the 17 SDGs of the United Nations. In general, the projects for which funding is being requested are evaluated by several metrics:

• What humanitarian needs will the project address?

• How many sustainable jobs will be created?

• How environmentally beneficial will the project be?

• Will the project funding have a sustainable stimulating impact on the nation’s economy?

• Will the quality of life improve for the citizens of the nation if the project is funded?

 

This may sound complex, but very few of the projects brought to us over the years have been turned down. All countries, companies, or individuals have read our introductory material prior to submission, so they know what is acceptable to RPF before submission of their project(s). It is easier to describe what we don’t do than what we do. We do not fund armaments. We do not fund sanctioned countries, and we will not fund projects that are in conflict with any of the 17 SDGs of the United Nations. With those few exclusions we are free to fund any and all infrastructure and humanitarian projects. There is great overlap between infrastructure and humanitarian projects. Below is a list of typical projects we  can fund.

 

The programs we offer are designed for funding projects, including but not limited to affordable housing, renewable power, resilient grid modernization, communications networks, roads, tunnels, bridges, airports, container and cruise ports, hospitals, education, tourism facilities, and waste to energy systems. This initiative is inclusive of industrial facilities such as environmentally sound onshore and offshore oil and gas production facilities, refineries, smelters, mining operations, and an extremely broad variety of environmentally sound manufacturing and processing facilities.

 

In summary, all the funded projects must create sustainable jobs, be environmentally sound and have a positive and sustainable social and economic impact on a nation and its citizens.

Our Goal
RPF is a US based corporation. Its goal is to bring clients together with our Non-Repayable Funding programs to generate funds to meet the needs of qualified projects.

 

Our focus is on frontier, emerging, and devastated nations that need educational facilities, roads, energy, clean water, medical facilities, communications, jobs, affordable housing, and other similar facilities. We also operate in developed nations that have infrastructure that is aged. We have projects that range from $500 Million USD to over $500 Billion USD. We are engaged in numerous projects that have been approved and are in various stages of funding.

 

On our funded projects 80% of the labor force, if possible, must be local and the materials that we need must be purchased in-country, if available. Every project we fund is paid for with Non-Repayable Funding supplied by Ryan Project Funding. Most importantly you own all that was constructed or purchased, and you have no debt.

 

We work to very high standards. You do not have to go out on bid looking for the least costly material or product, instead you look for the newest and the best that will serve your citizens in the manner they deserve. Every project that we fund, is a showcase for our company and your country. We are as proud of it as you are.
